
Ms. Eshwari Bhoga is a Counselling Psychologist with a strong motive for enhancing Community Mental Health. She completed her bachelor’s degree from S.N.D.T University in 2018. She further earned her Masters degree from Swami Vivekananda College for Arts and Sciences, in Clinical Psychology. Ms. Bhoga has an innate love for Psychotherapy and Counselling. She has pursued a number of courses in different types of therapies post her Masters. She completed her Diploma in Advanced Counselling Skills, underwent a professional training of advanced level in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy from Albert Ellis Institute and currently she continues her training in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy and Expressive Arts Therapy. She believes in meeting people where they are, and to achieve that she dedicated her time towards learning different types of therapy, to understand different ways of reaching people with their varying issues. In the past she has interned under the guidance of her professor Ms. Asira Chirmuley for her foundation Atha Centre for Psychotherapy and Training. She helped conceptualize, host, manage and co-ordinate virtual workshops/webinars/talks and interviews for the foundation. She led the “Stories of Hope” campaign for the aforementioned foundation and carried it out successfully.
With a strong zest for communicating with people, and spreading awareness and change, she started working at the position of Psychologist with Manotsav Foundation. Ms. Bhoga is keen on extending knowledge about mental health and mental health services among the general population, especially the underprivileged. She believes in change and that stigma can be tackled with, with persistent and dedicated awareness campaigns and outreach programs. She volunteers to come forward and deliver the best of her efforts in doing so.
