Shri B J Maheshwari is presently working as Managing Director & Company Secretary (CS) & Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). He has more than 35 years of experience in handling the company law matters, secretarial matters, listing requirements & compliances, taxation (Direct and Indirect) & legal and administrative matters etc.
He holds dual professional degrees as a Chartered Accountant & a Company Secretary. He is also a trustee in the Committee of R RMorarka Charitable Trust (RRMCT) & Narbada Devi Morarka Charitable Trust (NDMCT).
RRMCT is actively involved in the field of education through its division R R Morarka Public School is also engaged in carrying out social & charitable activities through its division Sewa Jyoti in the sphere of Rural health, organising health camps for needy & poor people, organising & managing self-help groups & encouraging women empowerment.
